PARTICIPATORY BUDGETING NEEDS YOUR HELP!
After working with over 45 dedicated budget delegates on figuring out ways to spend $1 million in capital funds for District 35, we have a total of 19 projects ranging from improvements in schools, housing, MTA, and streets. Now that we have projects on the ballot, I am calling on you to volunteer during Vote Week (March 29 – April 3, 2016). We are seeking outreach volunteers, poll site workers, data entry assistants, interpreters and translators now through March! All ages 14 and up are welcome to come out and volunteer.
