The City Parks Foundation welcomes all New Yorkers, ages 60 and over, to participate in free tennis lessons, yoga instruction, and fitness walking in parks across the city. Activities in this eight-week fitness program take place twice a week. There are locations available across the City of New York, but enclosed below are the three sites in Brooklyn.
Tennis – Marine Park
Tuesday & Thursday 11am | Tennis Courts (Avenue S & E. 32nd St.)
Yoga – Marine Park Nature Center
Monday & Wednesday 9am | Avenue U & E. 32nd St.
Yoga – South Oxford Park
Monday & Wednesday 11am | Oxford St. & Atlantic Ave.
