On Tuesday, April 24th join us from 6pm to 8pm for imaginative, subway-themed family fun at the New York Transit Museum in Downtown Brooklyn. Kids and their families will celebrate springtime and the magic of motion with an evening featuring puppetry craft and a parade on the platform of our historic subway station home – all for the cost of regular Museum admission!

$10 for Adults / $5 for Children Free for Museum Members & Cool Culture Members

Puppets on Parade is the New York Transit Museum’s eleventh Subway Shindig for Families. While many young people visit the Transit Museum during school or summer camp visits, the Museum’s Subway Shindig parties provide a great opportunity for families to enjoy the Museum together, with an evening of special family-friendly activities. Since the very first Subway Shindig, families have flocked to the Transit Museum to spend time together, play games, and learn about transportation history.
